Adrenaline junkie Geoffrey

ON Saturday 14th August 20-year-old Geoffrey Glass did a 13 000 foot tandem sky dive, raising £345 for Bushmills Marie Curie Support Group.

Geoffrey from Cozie Road learnt about the opportunity through a radio advertisement and told organisers he wanted to do it for charity. He decided to raise money for Marie Curie Cancer Care because his mother's friend was affected by cancer.

Big hearted Geoffrey said: "I enjoyed the whole experience but the scariest part was jumping out of the aeroplane by myself. If I did it again, I would do it with somebody else."

This is not the first time Geoffrey has participated in an extreme sport. A couple of years ago, he absailed down the Europa Hotel in Belfast.

Geoffrey added: "I would recommend that if people get the opportunity to do absailing or a sky dive, they should do it. The experience is amazing."
