Advice to help students during exam season

The exam season is well underway and the Public Health Agency (PHA) has highlighted the importance of parents and guardians supporting their child.

The PHA say parents and guardians can help their child by reassuring them that there are always other options and ways to move forward regardless of results; ensuring that they know that you are available, making time for them and giving them support and encouraging them to keep in contact with friends and to do the things they enjoy as well as reminding them to take short breaks.
