African visitor

A group from Donemana Presbyterian Church visited Malawi in July 2009. The first stop was at the Nkhoma Synod Headquarters where the group met Rev Davidson Chifungo, the General Secretary of the Nkhoma Synod and spent some time with his family.

On a recent trip to the United Kingdom, Rev Davidson Chifungo vincluded a visit to Donemana Presbyterian Church.

Rev Chufungo’s visit was very special for the entire congregation but, in particular, for Junior and Jennifer Burton, who presented their children, McKenzie and Brodie for baptism. Rev Davidson Chifungo performed the baptisms and preached the sermon. After the service Rev Chifungo spent time and dined in the Manse with members of the congregation who had visited Malawi.
