Social isolation and inactivity can have a detrimental effect on the health of older people. These art classes will especially encourage those who are isolated and alone to play an active role in their local community, develop social connections and friendships, learn new skills and above all to relax and have fun! The classes offer opportunity to open up one’s creative mind and possibilities for personal change”.
