Age NI advice service available
Age NI is urging people in the Carrick area who may have concerns about community care to contact the Age NI Advice Service for help.
Community care, also known as Care at Home, is the support that is available to enable people to live independently at home.
Adam Bartholomew, manager at the Health Centre Pharmacy in Carrickfergus said: “Our pharmacy is delighted to be working with Age NI to ensure that more people in need contact the Advice Service for information and help.
“If you have a query about care at home, call in to us locally and we can make a referral on your behalf to the Age NI Advice Service.”
