Agnes is appointed as new chairman at Parkinson’s AGM

A LARGE crowd turned out on Monday February 20 for the annual general meeting of the Lisburn Branch of Parkinson’s UK.

Jim Henry, Branch Chairman for the last four years, relinquished office and was replaced by Agnes McKissock. As he left office Jim thanked the members for the support they had given him, and noted membership had more than doubled and the Branch had donated over £36,000 to research into Parkinson’s.

He expressed good wishes to Agnes and her committee for the future.
