‘Ahoghill in Bloom’ pay tribute to supporters

‘The ‘Ahoghill in Bloom’ group recently held a ‘Thank You’ evening in tribute to the wide range of volunteers and supporters who have ensured the success of the initiative over the last year.

Guests were reminded of the 2014 successes - Gold in Britain in Bloom Champion of Champions, Best Small Town in Ulster in Bloom and Best of the Best in the NI Amenity Tidy town competition.

Ballymena Mayor Audrey Wales, on behalf of Council, and local Cllr Roy Gillespie each received a professionally produced album of photographs of the village in appreciation of their support for the village.
