'Alienated and disgruntled'

After reading last week's article from an alienated and disgruntled worker in the town I would just like to say he is not alone in how he feels.

If nationalists decorated the town green, white and orange every Easter week how would the PSNI and local council react?

Would they allow the flags to be put up in the first place? Would they arrest any unionist rightfully trying to remove the flags? The answer is almost definitely no. So why was a young nationalist arrested last week for trying to remove bunting which understandably made him feel alienated and unwanted in his own town?

The PSNI have to show that they are not a one sided force. We’re not asking for much, just that unionists exercise their right to practice their culture in a way that isn’t intimidating and offensive to the rest of us.
