All set for big NI Cruise Car Show in Moneymore

Come and see some of the best vehicles in the country at this year’s NI Cruise Car Show which will take place on Saturday 22nd August at the J&K Coach Yard Moneymore, just off the dual carriage way towards Cookstown. Gates for the public and spectators will open at 11am or 9am for anyone wishing to enter their car into the Show ‘n’ Shine. Anyone entering is advised that their vehicle must be parked by 11am at the latest and we recommend that you attend early to get the best space possible. The show ‘n’ Shine is judged and will have 15 awards up for grabs in various categories.

This year the NI Cruise team are excited to announce the return live motorsport hosted by Magherafelt and District Motor Club. Alan Bolton from Magherafelt and District Motor Club said

“This event will entail a demonstration by professionals but will also allow those at the show the chance to test their skills behind the wheel and try it out.”

The show welcomes families of all ages and children go free when entering with an accompanying adult; the show has activities aimed at kids such as inflatables and games.

Live entertainment will be provided by the legendary DJ Danny Dee and our photographer will be about taking snaps of all entries on the day. Traders will be in attendance so come and get stocked up on all your cleaning supplies while there in town.

Dean Steele from NI Cruise said: “This year we hope to build on the successes from previous years with our new venue thanks to J&K Coach’s, we welcome everyone to the show and remind people that proceeds go to our chosen charity Praxis.”

The team welcome entries from all types of Vehicles and cars, modified, classic, rally and vintage as well as bikes, Lorries and tractors.

Entry for cars is £10, Lorries is £15 and spectators are £3 each. All proceeds on the day goes directly to our chosen charity Praxis supporting those with mental health

conditions.

There will be a number of other challenges and demonstrations throughout the day and this will be followed by the award presentation bring the day to a close at 4pm.
