Alpine Society show
THE Alpine Garden Society annual flower show and plant sale takes place at Greenmount Agricultural and Horticultural College, Muckamore, on Saturday from 12.30 p.m. unti 4 p.m. Plant stalls open at 10 a.m.
This is the only show of its type in Ulster and attracts exhibitors from all over Northern Ireland as well as the South of Ireland.
There is also an exhibition of photographs and needlework - all depicting Alpine plants.
Admission is 2.50p for non AGS members.
