Alwood designer in line for award
A DESIGNER for Alwoods has been selected as a finalist for a prestigious industry award.
David Marshall of Alfred Briggs (Alwood) Limited is a finalist at the national 'kbbreview' Industry Awards 2010.
The Lurgan based designer has been short-listed for the Designer Award for Kitchens for projects up to 25,000.
This is the second year the Lurgan firm has made the final four.
David said: “I haven’t been in the kitchen industry for very long so it is a great honour to be shortlisted as a finalist.
"To win would mean a great deal to me and to Alwood as we are a family owned business with traditional values.”
Andrew Davies, chairman of the judging panel and editor of kbbreview magazine who host the awards added: “It is a great achievement to be recognised as a finalist and one that shows how good David is at what he does.
"There has never been such a challenging time in the kitchen and bathroom industry and this is a great opportunity to reward excellence and hard work. We wish David good luck. Well done.”
