Alzheimers Support meeting

THE next meeting of the Alzheimers Society Support Group will take place on Friday March 5 at the Health and Social Services Building in Scarva Street.

It will be held in the Conference Room from 2pm until 3.30pm. The speaker will be Angela Corr, Senior Health Promotion Officer, speaking on

”Carers looking after their own Mental Health”. She will also provide some practical relaxation techniques to use at home.

If you are looking after someone who has dementia please come along. It is an opportunity to meet other carers in similar situations to share experiences and concerns in an understanding and confidential setting. Refreshments will be provided.
