Principal Joe Corrigan said the most pleasing aspect of the results was the 16 per cent increase from last year in the number of students achieving three grades in the higher A to C category, and a similar 16 per cent increase in the number of passes achieved in the higher A to C category, now 74 per cent.

A total of 79 students sat 235 examinations in 23 different subjects with a 100 per cent pass rate in 20 of these.
