Angelo’s nominated for top award
Having just marked 30 years in business, more great news has knocked on Angelo’s door, as they are announced as one of five finalists in the ‘Restaurant of the Year category in this year’s Licensed & Catering News Awards
Originally opened by Italian Angelo Marano, the business is now run by local man, Richard Graham, who himself has over three decades of experience in the hospitality industry in Northern Ireland.
Speaking on the shortlisting Richard said: “This is fantastic news for us. We are delighted to have received this initial nod of recognition and hope to take the trophy home to Lisburn on the night.”

Hide AdThe awards are set to take place on June 6. Angelo’s is up against another Lisburn favourite, Del Toro Steakhouse and Urban Grill, as well as Brown’s Restaurant, Derry/Londonderry, Oysters Restaurant and Wine Bar, Strabane, The Boathouse, Bangor and Shu, Belfast.
