Annahilt Care Homecelebrates top award

ANNAHILT Care Home, part of Four Seasons Health Care, is celebrating winning the company’s annual award for exceptional performance.

The Care Home was honoured to receive the 2012 ‘Home Exceptional Reward Bonus Scheme’ run by National Healthcare provider Four Seasons Health Care.

Known by its acronym as HERBS, the Home Exceptional Reward Bonus Scheme recognises consistently high standard of care delivery, high levels of occupancy, operating efficiency, high staff attendance levels and a high number of staff training and development courses successfully completed.

Health Minister Edwin Poots was the guest of honour at the Home in Hillsborough on Wednesday when he presented the crystal award to the home. The home also used this opportunity to present long service and NVQ awards to staff.

Managing Director of Four Seasons Health Care, Jim McCall, was also present aiding Mr. Poots in presenting awards and qualifications to the staff.

Mr. McCall said: “I am proud of my team at Annahilt who have won this award recognising hard work and dedication.”
