Annahilt Parish hit their best form with win away

Annahilt Parish hit their best form to record a 30 shots win away to St Colman’s Lambeg and only dropped half-a-point in Section B of the Roy Kennedy Fuels Indoor Bowling League.

Trevor Hill started with three, two but three at the fifth gave Frank Agnew a 6-5 lead. Annahilt responded with three, three two and won by six shots.

A three helped R. Maitland to an 8-0 lead at the fifth but James Burns finished with one, two, three, two to get a tie.A second single for Lawrence Long left him 2-7 down and W. Hunter, who had earlier lifted a four added two more fours to win by 17 shots. A three helped Robin Jess to an 8-0 lead at the fourth and when Garry McWilliams came back to 5-8 with an end left Annahilt finished with a four to win by seven shots.
