Another Big Breakfast success for Iris

Iris opens her home every year and cooks up a hearty breakfast to help raise funds for Cancer Research.

This is the ninth year of the initiative and, to date, almost £3000 has been donated with more coming in on a daily basis.

Iris is delighted that the public have maintained their support down the years and admits it would not be possible without their backing.

She is particularly grateful to all who support her especially her family who rally round with the cooking and serving of food.

The day is an occasion where many meet up for a yarn and the knowledge that their contribution is for a very worthwhile cause.
