Another blow for Lisburn as Jessops closes its doors
LISBURN has suffered another blow with the sudden closing of Jessop’s in Bow Street yesterday morning (Thursday).
A sign went up in the window telling customers the store had closed and the nearest branch was now in Belfast.
The photography shop had occupied the prime site at the corner of Antrim Street for several years.
The news came as a shock for many customers who said it seemed to “close out of the blue”.
No one from Jessop’s was immediately available for comment on what would happen to the staff.
