Appeal after town centre assault
larne police are appealing for witnesses to an assault in the town centre at the weekend.
Sometime between 1am and 1.30am on Sunday, January 15, a man was reportedly assaulted by a number of males outside a licensed premises on Lower Cross Street.
According to police, the victim was taken to hospital and his injuries are not thought to be life-threatening.
