Appeal after veteran’s medals stolen at Armed Forces Day
An appeal has been made after military medals were stolen during the Armed Forces Day celebrations in Carrick.
The medals, belonging to a veteran, were stolen from a vehicle and a include a Northern Ireland General Service Medal 1962 and an Accumulated Campaign Service Medal, inscribed to Pte Purves TLRS.
Anyone who has any information asked to contact Carrickfergus police.
