Appeal for missing man

Maurice Rubens was last seeen at a takeaway in the village’s main street at around 6pm on March 31.

Police said they are becoming increasingly concerned for his welfare.

Speculation on social media websites that a body was found in Tandragee are unfounded.

A PSNI spokesperson said: “Police continue their appeal for information on the whereabouts of Mr Rubens.”

He is of short and stocky build, with a black and white beard.

He was wearing a blue beanie hat with a red and white Arsenal logo, a black coat and a slim blue rucksack.

Mr Rubens, or anyone who knows of his whereabouts, is asked to contact Lurgan Police Station on 0845 600 8000.
