Appeal for return of gun taken from Crosskeys Inn

The owners of one of the Province's most historic public houses, The Crosskeys Inn, have issued an appeal for the return of a gun which was stolen over the Christmas period from the premises where it had been on ornamental display.

The gun had been on display adjacent to a fireplace on the premises at Grange Road, Toomebridge.

Appealing for its return, the owners stated: “This gun is not of any great monetary value but is of historic and sentimental importance to The Crosskeys Inn. If it could be returned we would greatly appreciate it.”
