Appeal over Christmas burglary

Police are appealing for information about a burglary and criminal damage incidents over the Christmas period.

In the early hours of Boxing Day, a resident returned to her home at Mull Road in Antrim and discovered it had been broken into.

A number of items including a television valued at £1,500 and a Laurel and Hardy ornament valued at £500 were stolen.

Meanwhile, at about 8pm on Christmas Day the rear window of a house at Craighill, Antrim, was broken with a piece of masonry. At this stage a motive has not been established.

And at about 12.30am on Monday, December 28, the living room window of a house at Donore Crescent was broken using a brick. A motive has not been established.
