Appeal victory welcomed
AN appeal against a planning refusal has been upheld.
Cllr John Finlay said he was glad to see A. Millen won the case which involves the demolition of three derelict houses and a proposed construction on land to the south west of 54 Glenstall Road, Ballymoney.
