Application to convert city centre barber shop to café
ALPHA Glass have applied to the local planners to convert a barber shop and glass store in Londonderry city centre into a café and apartments.
The company has lodged the application for the property at the corner of Castle Street and Magazine Street with the planning office.
The application is to change use “from Barber Shop and Glass store to Café outlet at ground floor level with ancillary kitchen and staff areas to basement, stores and workshops to 1st and 2nd floors to four one bed apartments.”
