Approval granted for nursery school extension

Approval has been given for the construction of a new entrance lobby, including new ramped approach.

The new extension is to be used for educational purposes.

Speaking at a recent meeting of Lisburn City Council’s Planning Committee, Alderman Paul Givan welcomed the go ahead.

“This extension has been required for quite a number of years now” he said. “This small extension will go a long way to making the environment of the nursery school a lot better for children, staff and parents.

“It should be ready for an official opening very soon,” he added.
