£8000 builders welfare unit stolen

Police are investigating the report of a builders welfare unit valued at £8000 that was stolen from the side of the road on the main A26 near Ballinderry.

The unit has a kitchen area and toilet facilities, is bright yellow in colour, approx. 15foot x 8foot and has a standard ball hitch for towing.

Lisburn PSNI said: “Do you recognise this welfare unit? Did you see anybody towing it away between 0630 and 0830 on Monday, November 14? Have you been offered it for sale? Do you know someone who has recently bought one “cheap”?

“If you can provide any information to assist Police with our enquiries please contact us on 101 quoting serial 331 14/11/16 or anonymously via Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.”
