Aquatic jazz

THE Riverwatch Aquarium is sure to lighten your mood during the Jazz Festival with the sounds of upbeat, cool tempos and smooth melodic jazz tunes as you take in the sights of some of our most alluring aquatic animals.

A spokesperson said: “And we’ve got activities for the kids making it totally family friendly! Over the weekend all visitors are welcome to get arty and make ‘jazz hands’ to decorate giant fishy friends. “

On Friday, April 29, the RPSB will also be at Riverwatch with the soothing sounds of local birdsong and identification activities. Gillian Simpson at the Riverwatch said: “We want to provide some free, family friendly and weather proof activities for visitors over the Jazz Festival. “I’m blowing the Riverwatch trumpet in saying we’ve the perfect mixture of music and art ….. a class act!’

The Riverwatch Aquarium will be open from today Wednesday, April 27 until Sunday, May 1 from 10am until 4pm.
