Martin Robert Teague, 28, from Killycolpy Road, was caught by police on the evening of April 4.

His solicitor told the court that his client travels to Omagh daily for work and had allowed his speed to creep up.

Handing down fines totalling £315 and four penalty points, District Judge John Meehan said that his speed warranted a disqualification but that he would afford him “one chance” to avoid a ban.
