Are you living in a broadband '˜not spot'?

It’s part of Council’s ongoing commitment to improve connectivity across the region.

The survey is open to all residents and businesses until Friday 11th November.

It only takes a few minutes to complete. You will be asked to provide a landline number and address and if you are happy with your current broadband service.

The results will be plotted onto a map of the area so Council staff can identify the areas with the worst broadband access.

The Mayor of Causeway Coast and Glens Borough Council, Alderman Maura Hickey said: “I would encourage as many people as possible to take part in this survey. “The more responses the Council receives, the more accurate the results will be.

“We know that an efficient broadband service is an important issue for residents and businesses.

“I hope the results can be used to enhance the level of service currently available, in both urban and rural parts of the Borough.”

The survey is being conducted by Evolved Enterprises, who work with local communities to build their own broadband network.

Company Director Aaron Skinner, said: “We are committed to improving broadband access across the Causeway Coast and Glens, and ensuring that all communities can access the full benefits of high speed broadband.

“The first step to solving a problem is to understand it and that’s what this survey will help us do.”
