Armed robbers failed to get cash
TWO armed men, who used scarves to conceal their identities, attempted unsuccessfully to hold up staff of a Post Office at Finvoy Road near Ballymoney last Wednesday.
The men entered the premises around 11.15 am but ran off when their demands for staff to hand over cash failed.
Detectives at Coleraine are investigating the incident and want to hear from anyone who noticed the culprits prior to the attempted robbery or afterwards as they fled from the scene.
