Armed robbery in Dunmurry
Detectives in Lisburn are appealing for information after a female member of staff at an Upper Dunmurry Lane shop was threatened by a robber armed with a knife on Tuesday night.
Shortly before 8.30pm, the thieves entered the shop and after threatening staff they made off with a quantity of cigarettes.
Chief Inspector John Wilson has appealed for information.
He said: “I would ask anyone who may have noticed any vehicles or persons acting suspiciously in the area between 8pm and 8.30pm to contact Detectives at Lisburn on 101.”
