Around the churches
A number of local churches are holding events this weekend which are open to all.
Antrim Methodist Church is holding a coffee morning this Saturday, September 20, from 10-12noon, to raise funds for the Christian Aid Middle East project.
Rev Michael Gregory said: “We want to show solidarity with the threatened Christians in the Middle East, they need our help and support.”

Hide AdIn Portglenone, a Gospel Concert will take place in the Parish Centre this Saturday, at 7.45pm.
Artists include Robert Agnew (compere), Portglenone Country Gospel Group, Cuningham Men’s Fellowship Choir,
The Montgomery Sisters and Sylvia McLeister. A minimum donation of £6 is requested.
