Arrest warrant is issued by judge

Ryan Potts, whose address was given to the court as Millar Park, Laurencetown, was due to appear on remand but when his name was called he was not at court.

His solicitor said he had tried to contact him but was unable to do so.

Potts faces three charges alleging that on November 19 last year he dishonestly diverted electricity at Millar Park, allowed damage to be caused to an electricity meter and prevented a meter from registering electricity.

District Judge, Mr Paul Copeland, issued an arrest warrant.
