Arrested for assault on police
A MAN was arrested for assaulting police on Saturday afternoon.
The police seized a quantity of alcohol and disposed of it at the scene during a patrol of the Black Paths, in the central Craigavon area.
A 21-year-old man was arrested for disorderly behaviour and assault on police.
He was later released pending a report to the PPS.
