Arson
Detectives in Londonderry are investigating an arson attack at an electricity sub station in the Daisyfield Park area on the evening of Friday, July 6.
The fire, which was reported to police at around 9.20pm, caused substantial damage to the sub station and affected electrical supply to parts of the city for a period of time. Fire service and police personnel in attendance came under attack by a group of youths throwing stones and bottles.
Police would ask anyone with any information about this incident to contact them in CID at Strand Road.
