Art work for East Strand
THE transformation of East Strand in Portrush is to include a public art piece.
At last Tuesday night’s Policy and Development committee meeting councillors were told about the art project.
Grants from the Northern Ireland Tourist Board and the Arts Council have been received for the artwork which is being described as a ‘focal point’.
It is proposed that the artwork will be of ‘cultural interest’ for visitors to Portrush.
