Procedures

B. Crowe and Sons Ltd, Ikon Developments Ltd, Astondoa Group Ltd, Morrisons Homes Ltd, Claredale Developments and Claredale Developments were also served with procedures in the constituency over the past two years.

Last month the Sentinel reported how four contractors were unable to complete roads in Londonderry last year and were subject to the procedures served by DRD Roads Service last.

Across Northern Ireland the total figure was 42 including, two contractors responsible for roads projects in Strabane and nine in Omagh.

This financial year, however, there have been no procedures served on firms in the Londonderry area, though in Strabane there have been two and in Omagh four thus far in 2009/10.
