A FREE five-week pilot project in drama, aimed at 16 to 25-year-olds is to take place in the Waterside.

YouthAction Northern Ireland in partnership with The Waterside Theatre is delighted to announce the launch of the Rainbow Factory at Waterside Theatre.

The Rainbow Factory School of Performing Arts is one of the largest, most exciting and innovative Performing Arts Projects to be established in Northern Ireland. There are currently over 450 young people involved in The Rainbow Factory in Belfast and Banbridge. To launch the Rainbow Factory in the North-West we are currently looking for 16 to 25-year-olds from all communities and levels of ability and experience to take part in our free, five-week Pilot Project based at the Waterside Theatre.

Fun and informative weekly workshops will be lead by experienced drama facilitator Gemma Walker and will result in a devised performance in the Theatre at the end of March. Classes will commence on Monday, March 1, from 7pm to 9pm.
