Assault
Detectives in Londonderry are appealing for information following a serious assault that occurred last week in the Waterside area.
A 51-year-old man was attacked at the bottom of Fountain Hill towards Spencer Road area during the early hours of Friday, August 24.
It is believed he was attacked by around three males. The victim was treated in hospital for injuries to his face and received seventeen stitches.
Police are appealing to anyone who may have witnessed the attack or has any information to contact them.
