Assault appeal

POLICE are appealing for information following an assault on two men that occurred outside a social Club at Taghnevan Walk the town at around midnight on Saturday, December 11.

The two victims, aged 41 and 39, were assaulted by a group of men and both sustained head and facial injuries that were not life threatening.

One assailant is described as being approximately 6'1" tall of slim build with short dark, spiky hair. He was thought to be around 20-22 years of age and wearing a white t-shirt.
