Assault at licensed premises

BALLYMENA PSNI are appealing for information after a report of an assault at licenced premises in the Galgorm Road area of the town in the early hours of Sunday, June 24.

It was reported shortly after 1.50am that a 29-year-old man had been assaulted in the area.

The man was taken to hospital with facial injuries which a police spokesperson said are not believed to be serious.
