Assault case is dismissed
A BALLYMENA man accused of assaulting a woman, causing her actual bodily harm, has had the charge dismissed at the local Magistrates Court.
Jim Ward (24), of Wayside Green, had been alleged to have committed the offence on August 9, 2008.
