Assault charges are withdrawn
ASSAULT charges against two Ballymena men have been withdrawn, at the local Magistrates Court.
Dominic Kevin Donegan (42), of Sandown Park, and Gerry McNally (55), whose address was given as Lighthouse Hostels Ltd, had been alleged to have assaulted a man on October 22 last year.
