Atkinson vows to fight for Finvoy refurbishment

A general maintenance is required of the area, in addition to requiring the erection of new goal posts, he said.

Cllr Atkinson has spoken to the director at council several times over this matter.

This case was one the initial campaign projects he took under his wing whilst lobbying for election when he was notified it was also one of the initial things he spoke to the director about.

Cllr Atkinson had several meetings with him and John Finlay concerning this issue. As a result this problem along with other issues in Finvoy will be scrutinised, and the director will then report back to council.

“The residents of Finvoy can be assured I will be fighting along with DUP colleagues to have this work done as soon as possible,” said the councillor.
