Attempted murder charge
A 46 year old Craigavon man has been remanded in custody charged with attempted murder following an incident in the early hours of Monday.
John Keith Gates from Enniskeen, Drumgor appeared at Craigavon Magistrates Court charged with a litany of offences relating to an incident on June 3. He faces a charge of attempted murder and false imprisonment plus criminal damage of furniture.
He also was charged with two assaults on police and resisting arrest. He was remanded in custody to appear at Craigavon Magistrates Court on June 7 (Friday).
