Auction atUpper Cumber

AN 'auction of goods and promises' will be held at Upper Cumber Presbyterian Church, Claudy, on Friday 28th May, commencing at 7.30pm.

The event will take place in the Church Hall where a wide variety of products and services will be available, including wedding accessories to bid on, lots of cakes, or some turf for the fire.

If you fancy some reflexology, you’ll get the opportunity at Friday’s auction.

A spokesman said: “There's even the opportunity of bidding for someone to power-harrow or spread your slurry. Over 100 items for auction and there's sure to be many more on the night of the Auction. Unique items include a Patchwork Quilt and a large framed photograh of the newly refurbished Church.”
