The average sale price on the North Coast is now £147,712 according to the latest Ulster University Quarterly House Price Index produced in partnership with Bank of Ireland UK and the Northern Ireland Housing Executive.
The overall average price is up by 18.8% to £147,712 over the year with all sectors of the market experiencing price growth, the survey reported.
