Average house priceis now £140,562

The average house price on the north coast is now £140,562, according to the latest Ulster University Quarterly House Price Index produced in partnership with Bank of Ireland UK and the Northern Ireland Housing Executive.

Over the year, the overall average sale price locally has increased by 22.3%.

The survey showed that the hoese sales recovery was continuing, with 1,952 transactions recorded in NI.
