Award for top lecturer

A lecturer at Northern Regional College has been awarded for outstanding results.

Adrian Smith has been presented with the Best Overall Performance Award after completing his CIOB Experienced Practitioner Assessed Programme with the QTAS organisation.

The award was presented at the CITB-ConstructionSkills NI and CIOB presentation event recently.

Martin Cushnahan, director, QTAS, said: “I would like to congratulate Adrian on his outstanding performance in attaining this achievement; he has worked incredibly hard and faced tough competition from other participants.”

This achievement now enables Adrian to move forward and attain Chartered Status to become a chartered construction manager of CIOB.

QTAS, Quality Training and Assessment Services, is a local training organisation, based in Newtownabbey, providing management training and assessment to construction employers.
